Our services include the manufacture and reconditioning of Hot Lamination Rollers, Pre-Heat Rollers, Squeegee Rollers for the Develop, Etch and Strip process, Liquid Resist Applicator Rollers and Silicone and Polyurethane Tacky Web Cleaning Rolls.
ABBA Roller manufactures and reconditions all Dry Film Lamination Roller types to OEM specifications. We provide the PCB Industry with proprietary compounds with special additives to transfer heat evenly and faster than conventional Silicones.
ABBA has developed chemically resistant roll covering materials that resist cracking and aging & vastly improve roll longevity in all Develop, Etch & Strip squeegee chamber applications.
ABBA Roller has developed proprietary Liquid Silicones, Gum Silicones, and Polyurethane compounds in three different tackiness levels: High Tack, Medium Tack, and Light Tack used in all Web Cleaning Roller applications.
