Our experienced Roll Technicians can hold 0.0003” on profile straightness and cylindricity & we can hold 0.0002” run-out on all Chrome Rolls.
Chrome Roll surface finishes are dialed in according to your specific tolerance requirements. Mirror-like Chrome Roller surface finishes in the 2-4 RMS range can be achieved on all Hard Chrome Roller outside diameters.
